Breakfast is brought to your room or why not take it overlooking the dam and Wungong Valley...!

The continental breakfast basket varies with season but normally includes a large breakfast with cereal, bread, eggs, jam, fruits, biscuits, orange juice and muffins/croissants or yoghurt depending on availability.

A large cooked breakfast is an option at AU$10 per person and includes cereal, eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, beans, toast, tomatoes, juice and a pot of tea.

Tea, coffee and milk is always in the room.

We are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If there's any extras you might like such as flowers for a surprise celebration then please just ask - we'll do our best to make it an extra special occasion!

Terms & Conditions

Please note that there is a large lake on the premises. Please be careful when near the water. It is your responsibility to ensure your own safety and that of other members of your party.
The rural nature of the property means that in some areas there may be leaves, branches, gum nuts and unstable paviors. You are welcome to explore but please be careful when walking around the grounds.
While we love pets I’m sorry to say that the local animals may not be as keen and so unfortunately pets are not allowed apart from guide dogs.
All of our water is rainwater and so please be water wise during the dry season - thank you!
Advance reservations made for accommodation attract a minimum non-returnable deposit of AU$30 or 20% of the total cost. In the event of cancellation within 7 days the deposit is lost.
Payment of the balance of the total cost is payable upon arrival.
The accommodation is available from 2.30 p.m. on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement. We'd be grateful if you could vacate by 11 a.m. on the morning of departure unless by prior arrangement. If the room is free after your stay then we are often happy to have you stay longer!
We are a non-smoking B&B – ash trays are supplied at outside seating areas. Thank you!
Please leave the front and rear gate in the position you found them. If the gates are closed it may be to prevent animals escaping.
It is a condition of our insurance that wood burning fires are lit by the owners only.
Guests must undertake to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the stay and also undertake to leave the premises in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order.
The owners shall be compensated by the guests for any damage and breakages which may occur and any excess cleaning that is required, sole interpretation in the event will be by the owners.
The owners reserve the right to be allowed access to the accommodation at any reasonable time.
The number of persons using the accommodation is not to exceed the number booked in to use the accommodation.
The owners reserve the right to refuse any booking request.
The owner reserves the right to cancel any booking already made if the accommodation becomes unavailable for reasons outside of our control. Our limit of liability shall be a full refund of monies paid.
All guests must act in a reasonable manner and have consideration for other guests. The owners cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to personal property however caused
lf any guest(s) fails to observe any of the conditions we reserve the right to require the guest(s) to vacate the accommodation at once without any recompense.
